Customers are signed in first come, first served. Our shoppers will assist with selection of food.
Greene County FISH Pantry does not provide financial assistance. Call 211 for Essential Community Services or visit 211.org for information.
Head of household should have a picture ID showing proof of residence in Greene County.
All household members, living at the same address, must be listed with their income.
Households must meet income guidelines as established by the ODJFS (Ohio Department of Job and Family Services) to receive food assistance.
If you are unable to appear in person, you must fill out a Proxy form and a Federal and State funded Food Programs Eligibility to Take Home Food form. Send both forms and your picture ID with the person who is picking up for you. If you need a form, you can pick them up at the pantry, call us at 937-372-8411, or contact gcfp@gcfp.org.
Due to product availability clientele may return once every 4 weeks.

Xenia (45385): Major residential hub.
Beavercreek/Dayton (45430, 45431, 45432, 45434, 45440): Suburban areas near Dayton.
Fairborn (45324): Large city code.
Yellow Springs (45387): Village, home to Antioch College.
Cedarville (45314): Home to Cedarville University.
Jamestown (45335): Rural town.
Spring Valley (45370): Small community.
Wright-Patterson AFB (45433): Military base.
Bellbrook (45305): City south of Dayton.
Clifton (45316): Small village.

What to expect on your first visit to the pantry
Come inside and register. Please bring your id that shows your name and current address.
Income and additional information will be requested for members of your household.
What to expect on return visits to the pantry
You will be asked for identification and if you still meet the income requirements.
You will be asked to update information captured in your record if anything changes.
All visits
You will receive a number for service based on check-in time.
You will also receive a card noting next eligible shopping date. Note that based on product availability, you are eligible to shop every 4 weeks.
You may be asked to wait outside depending on the number of people in queue.
When your number is called, you will be assigned a shopper to assist with your choices.

New Closing Policy - Effective 2/4/2026
Greene County FISH Pantry will be closed when Greene County declares a Level 2 or Level 3 Emergency.
Closure will be posted on our Facebook page and this website as well as our phone message.
