Volunteer Registration

To get started as a volunteer, please register using the new form

After registering as a volunteer, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. Schedule a time to come to the pantry for training and to fill out a Volunteer Survey. Once training is complete and the Volunteer Survey is processed, you will be able to sign up for any slots you have been trained for.

Please stop by the pantry and fill out our paper survey that may help you as well as give us ideas what spot you might fit in as a volunteer. You can review the spots on the Volunteer Positions page.

Volunteers are needed to help with the following food distribution slots (W, Th, and 2nd and 4th Sat):

Greeter
Aide - experienced volunteers
Bread Table
Computer - Requires additional training
Cooler Table
Final/Dessert Table
Float
Vegetable Table
Meat Table
Miscellaneous Table
Numbers
Shopper - first time volunteers normally start here

Volunteers are needed to help with picking up food (every day)

Drivers
- Use your own car
- GCFP van or truck requires driver license, insurance background check, and training prior to first route pick up

Volunteers are needed to help with pantry set up (M, T, W, Th):

AM Set up
Meat Bagging
Garden (in spring/summer months)
